MIAMI GARDENS — Right-hander Ricky Nolasco's velocity ranged from 88-91 mph Sunday, a few ticks lower than normal. He said that's no cause for alarm, but he wasn't happy with his performance in the Marlins' 10-8 win over the New York Mets at Sun Life Stadium.
"It felt terrible, but there are games when that's going to happen and you just have to go out there and battle. That's pretty much the only thing I'm proud of myself for today - I battled," he said.
not much insight with this, but hopefully he's right when he says there's nothing to worry about.
don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.
