Who is getting shipped at the deadline?

Postby Zito is God » Fri May 21, 2010 3:17 pm

With the way the Padres are playing I assume the will be buyers and not sellers so I assume A-Gon is not moving, but who is?

Greinke?
Markakis?
Sizemore?
Konerko?
Dunn?
Oswalt?
Prince (finally?)
Garret Jones?

These are all wild guesses and I am sure there are a ton that I have missed, but who do you see as the most likely to get moved?

Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

Oswalt reportably requested a trade today, so my safe guess would be him.

He and Berkman both said they would waive their no trade clause over a week ago.

Rumors are Oswalt wants to go to St. Louis, Texas, or Atlanta.

Can you imagine the St. Louis rotation with Oswalt?

Wainwright, Carpenter, Oswalt, Penny, Garcia 8-o

I know the Astros aren't in contention, but I highly doubt they'd send him to a division rival anyway...

Yea, out of those three teams, Texas would probably be the most likely.

But would they be able to afford his contract? 15 mil this year and 16 mil in 2011..
