Thirty years ago today saw the birth of one of the most iconic arcade games of all time, Pac-Man. Untold millions of quarters were spent so kids could eat dots and fruit while being chased - or chasing - ghosts.
Also on this date 30 years ago, the Star Wars franchise launched its best film, The Empire Strikes Back, a movie with one of the most iconic lines in movie history...
I have more respect for Ricky than I used to after watching his bio on ESPN recently. He's made some dumb decisions, but at the very least he was a heck of a RB for Texas. Fun to watch when he wasn't playing my team.
I've got Pacman on my phone. Had if for a month, I'm on level 101 . At that stage the large pelets don't even turn the ghosts blue anymore, they just reverse direction for a split second. I play it on the toilet at work, in-line at the grocery store, in traffic on the 405, on the phone with clients. Master doesn't adequately describe my skill level. Pinky, Inky, Blinky and Sue rue the day I downloaded this game.
