Panda for Prince and others... WHIR!!!

I have been offered Prince Fielder and I have to give up Kung Fu Panda and either Jay Bruce/Mat Latos..

1. Should I give up Bruce or Latos? consider all things equal, my team can do without either one..

2. Should I do this? I have Panda in my 1B slot.. is it worth giving up the extra player for the upgrade?
