Thinking of offering the following:

My: Jose Reyes and Pablo Sandoval
for
His: Johan Santana and Aramis Ramirez

Aramis has got to bust out of this slump right? I'm also really worried about Reyes. Any thoughts? Is this enough, too much or should I just stay where I'm at?

In a keeper I like the upside of Reyes/Sandoval more than Santana/Ramirez. I would stand pat for now or try to make another move.

I don't like that for you at all. You are giving up the best player IMO with Sandoval. And Reyes has the highest upside of any of them in the trade. Don't do it!

I wouldnt do it. kung fu is only going to get better. Reyes will eventually turn it around. Ramirez is getting up there and so is Johan. The upside is definitely with Reyes and Panda
