My predisposition to believe that most of them use is what leads me to believe he's telling the truth. Of course he vehemently denied claims that were brought up against him -- that's what everybody does. Jose Canseco's character and credibility was similarly questioned, and he's turned out to be a pretty reliable source, in my opinion. These guys are doping. NBD.
I understand his credibility is shot, but I don't really see what he gains out of this, so why would he lie about it? He's not profiting from what I know and he's ruining a lot of the only friendships he's had left. IMO if he's really lost his life savings, his marriage and pretty much everything, he probably sees coming forward as his only opportunity for some kind of salvation.

Misery loves company. And he's bitter. Very, very bitter.

A book deal maybe, but he probably could have got that anyway. My bet is that everybody's given him the cold shoulder since he was caught and he just threw the big dog under the bus.

Could be the case as well. I guess I feel like I am in the minority, but I give him a lot of credit for coming forward because if what he says is true, he took an absolute beating for something that his entire sport has been wrapped up in.
