Newbie needs trade advise....

New to the forum so I hope i include everything I need in here.

Its a 10 team league and the scoring is points. The point system is the standard CBS setup.

I got a trade offer and i'm not sure what to do with it. He offered me.

Is this a smart trade or let it go. This is my first year in fantasy baseball so I need all the help I can get.

I like this trade for you. McCutchen is on the upswing and should continue the success he has had so far this year where Ichiro is on the decline. Santana and Lackey are pretty close with Santana getting the edge. I think you win and if this happens to be a keeper league then you win big.

I agree. I think Santana is probably a bit better than Lackey, and I like McCutchen over Ichiro.

I'd do it without second thoughts. McCutchen has speed and pop and is young. I'd put Santana higher then Lackey on him pitching in NL alone. It looks good.
