Rethought it a little bit and I see that it wasn't that good of an idea. How about this:

Get - Prince Fielder, Elvis Andrus, Jayson Werth, Neftali Feliz, Wade Davis, 2011 1st round amateur pick

Give - Hanley Ramirez, Adrian Gonzalez, Carlos Lee, Arthur Rhodes 2011 2nd & 3rd round amateur picks

Amateur eligible players are anyone that was drafted in the 2010 amateur MLB draft

I'd say yes, but the trade may look better if Werth and Lee were out of it. He may not want to get rid of Werth the way he's playing unless he's thinking a true buy low/sell high. Personally, I'd want Lee for the rest of the season over Werth.
