I would take this deal.
I own Pablo myself and have been exploring moving him. I don't want to classify him as a one hit wonder but he has been scuffling, and that offense is so bad right now. The only hope for them is that Sanchez comes back and Renteria is healthy because maybe he can bat with some runners on base, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Youkilis is going to be consistently good and a proven producer. I'd would be ok with parting with Danks for the upgrade from Sandoval to Youk.

Panda and Danks for Youk? I don't like it. Danks is quietly becoming a very valuable elite starter. He and Panda both for Youk is just too much. SP is dear and the top guys are worth a lot on their own, let alone throwing in another nice piece like Panda.
