EDIT: No longer making the trade in the topic title original topic title (Romero + Abreu for Choo), this is the new trade we have on the table:
Panda and Danks for Youk. My initial impression looking at this is that I lose since Sandoval is not much of a downgrade from Youk... but looking at Sandoval I'm starting to think he is a bust, considering shopping him now sooner than later.
What do you guys think about this one? Thanks a lot for all the replies so far.

I think romero's potential alone is worth Choo. Choo broke out last year, but has no real pedigree for the kind of numbers people are expecting from him. If you offered me a healthy, performing Abreu and Studly young Romero for Choo, I'd hit accept so fast my laptop would break. Personally I like Kuroda better than danks this year, see if he'll accept the danks one straight up. Good luck! See what you think of mine, theres a post at the bottom of the thread where I updated the situation, any advice? viewtopic.php?t=412151
C: Posey 1B: Votto 2B Zobrist 3B: Miggy Cabrera SS: Tulo OF Chris Davis, Martin Prado, Alex Rios U: Konerko/Hunter SP: Lester, Peavy, Dempster, Kuroda, Matt Moore (Reserve: Beckett, Cahill, Lincecum, Hudson) RP: Putz, R Soriano
By accept the Danks one straight up do you mean just Danks for Choo? Or Danks and Abreu for Choo? I am more eager to offload batters in addition to pitchers, we only have 1 utility spot meaning with my current team I have 2 bench batters doing nothing. He wants pitchers though, the OF is just to replace Choo, so I can't just trade batters.
im gonna disagree with the above, because i think danks is in for a good year and thus far he hasnt disappointed, whereas my feeling on kuroda is that hes not reliable--maybe just my personal skepticism, above is good advice in general and danks for choo isn't too bad. i think if mike leake is your backup option you're in very good shape as far as pitchers go. id say danks>romero>kuroda, if you can avoid dealing abreu i think a one-one pitcher for choo deal is ideal regardless of which pitcher you send.
I really don't see what you are gaining in this situation. IMO Choo is a younger version of what Abreu has been all his career right now...a steady performer in a variety of categories. The move from Abreu to Choo isn't worth giving up an up and coming SP like Romero or Danks I don't think. Your best option, as the above posters have stated is to try to go straight up for Danks...but if you already have a full bench, I can't see this being in your best interest...
I've got both Abreu and Choo in my H2H points league so I just double-checked this... Abreu has the edge over Choo in total points and I really don't think Choo is going to suddenly burst way ahead. You're not really getting anything and giving up WAY too much for Romero.
You're seriously underrating Abreu in this trade... I know he's old and everthing, but Choo's ceilling it's not that far from what Abreu consistently gets. I do agree that you should be shopping Romero while he's hot.
There is no way I deal Romero for Choo straight up. Let alone add in Abreu. Either get something better in return for Romero/Abreu or like as said above Danks for Choo is a good deal - I would do this then drop one of your other bench players for Leake. Don't give away too much just to open a roster spot.
I, too, agree here that it is too much to give up. I also think that Abreu has a better supporting cast and, for this year, could very well be as valuable on account of his OBP and stolen bases... lots of runs scored in that lineup too. Romero will be good and not worth moving here, unless he does it straight up.
