My hitting has been in the shitters for quite some time and i need a boost Im thinking Utley and Mourneu will help even out my lineup because I am last in AVG and really need a big boost in my hitting categories. Im in a 9 team league and The Categories (what i have in them out of 9) are

Definitely try for it. You should atleast get a good pitcher out of it!
Your offense will improve greatly if you do and IMO Billingsley is still a low end #1 and hamels a high #2
Oswalt only being a middle #2 pitcher.

I think it would be tough to get King Felix or Wainwright, but I would definately do it with any of those 4. I'd almost be tempted to do it as is if my offense is that light. Mind you I would try for a top tier OF instead of Morneau to be honest or do this deal and then flip Reynolds/Carlos Lee for a OF cause Grady is just killing everyone right now

Yeah absolutely Gradys on the DL now Im gonna try to shop Reynolds and Lee and see what i can get.
