Jake Fox (not yet qualified)
Tyler Flowers (still in AAA)
Alex Avila (may take job from Laird this year)
Jason Varitek (hitting and playing 3 times per week)
Please rank them. Do not just choose one catcher from the top. I am looking to determine 2 starters and potentially a bench catcher.

Don't know much about them. But Obviously Varitek is first for now.
Is Salt still around? I may look into him or Posey who have better chances of being called up.

Thank you. Salty is no longer around and it's an AL Only League. I am thinking that, with Pierzynski about to be traded (maybe?), Flowers jumps up the list.

How deep is this league? I realize it's AL only but none of these guys look to have any real value. Varitek has played great when he has gotten the chance and looks to be the best of that bunch right now.

Gotta go for Varitek. Even though he isn't playing everyday. he still has the most playing time out of those guys. (sadly)

The only catcher I ever heard of out of all those catchers is Varitek. I dont want to lie and put a ranking when I truly never heard of the other guys

Before the season, I had some high hopes for Fox, and given that he can play multiple positions, he is more valuable. Veritek, although on the downhill obviously, at least knows how to hit still, but will get minor playing time. I have not heard much about the other two, but from what I do know, I would take Flowers over Avila - Avila has done almost nothing when he has actually played this season. Thus, ranking is as follows:
Veritek
Fox (most potential)
Flowers
Avila
