MEGATRADE - Help a noob (WHIR)

8-team roto league. I've been trying to work a deal to get Adrian Gonzalez for Sandoval + as little else as I can pay, and we've been going round in circles a lot. I received a new offer of:
He sends me: Adrian Gonzalez, Brandon Phillips, Justin Upton, Nolasco & Jaime Garcia
I send him: Utley, Sandoval, Josh Johnson & Matt Lindstrom

Main areas I need to strengthen are 1B (I have Sandoval or Carlos Pena) and OF (pretty thin after Carl Crawford). My starting pitching is not bad, and my relievers will be fine if Street ever returns.

Would appreciate some help with this.

I break the deal down like this...
Gonzo and sandoval is basically a wash in terms of value though i like gonzo for the rest of the season
Utley is by far the best player in this deal and would not at all wanna deal him. Utley for upton and phillips seems to lineup the value
Nolasco and Johnson are a wash in value
Then id take jaime garcia over lindstrom unless you need a closer of course

The value is pretty even, but dealing utley is a huge turnoff for me. Id rather keep the best player in a deal, especially in an 8 team league where 1st rounders are so valuable. I understand you want gonzo but maybe jaime and sandoval, KEEP UTLEY!

Overall I think it's a good deal, so I'd take it. Thanks for your help on mine.
