Arod+Greinke/Haren/Wainright for Kinsler+Wright+SP? WHIR!!

yahoo 8 team points league. roster and scoring below.
I'm stuck in a rut at the bottom of my league. I thought I had a good team, but I'm guessing they're just underperforming. Most of my problems seems to be coming from my SP, where they'll get me a QS but not a W. Looking at rosters, I noticed that the Asdrubal Cabrera owner has 3 top 10 SP's in Greinke, Haren, and Wainright. Should I offer Kinsler, Wright and one of my SP (I'm thinking of Dempster since he is a Cubs fan) for ARod and one of his SP? I would then pick up Callaspo or use Zobrist to fill Kinsler's spot. If I do this, which of his SPs should I target?

Well if you're to change the W drought, then Greinke is not your guy. I would target Wainwright but Kinsler and Wright should be enough for Arod and Wainwright IMO.
