A team could go after a guy like Brandon Lyon or Mike Wuertz whom could then play into SV OPPs too

How bout brian fuentes or fernando rodney being dealt to a contendor? If things continue the way they are going for the Angels they may be well out of it by the time trade deadline comes and all out sellers.
