Throw Weeks in to replace Smoak and ask for Cueto instead of Lilly maybe...

Ethier looks to be DL bound now and the other owner doesn't want him. How does this new trade look? Does it help me? WHIR 100%

I give: Victorino, Weeks (could be kept next year for $1), Smoak(under contract next year for $5), Slowey
I get: McCutchen(under contract for 2 additional years @ $4), Cuddyer, S Sizemore, Lilly

For salary cap reasons ($300 max), I would have to take Scott Sizemore. I would drop him for Aviles.

Does this make my team better? I think downgrade at MI, but upgrade at the other positions.

I think Victorino's value will go down a bit now that JRoll is back. Victorino will move back from leadoff to the 7th spot. Lilly should help my WHIP more than Slowey. I want to win this year but I also love the idea of having McCuthen @ $4 for 2 more season after this one.

I love victorino this year wherever hes battin in a great phils lineup. Back to 7th just means more rbis and i see a career rbi season with well over 100 for him. Also, as long as weeks is healthy hes gonna be a top 5 2b by years end. I love mccutchen like you do, but im too happy about the deal your gettin and would stay put. in my opinion mccutchen doesnt have much value over victorino if any.

I like the idea of McClutch for 2 yrs @ $4. But this trade gives you way to many CI's. When Either goes to the Dl, I think your gonna find yourself with 2 voids. You could put Glaus in Utility ,Cuddyer at Cl, Jones at OF. If you do the trade I would try and make another trade somewhere else for a MI. I don't think Aviles will help you to much.
