Ok it’s a standard h2h 12 team league, so far so good I am near the top of the standings but I am looking for ways to run away with it

C- R. Doumit
1b- R. Howard
2b- M. Prado
3b- M. Reynolds
SS- J. Bartlett
OF- C. Young/ C. Rasmus/ A. Jackson
UTL- Teixeira / Zimmerman
BN - J. Bruce

I tend to carry a lot of pitching because of different match ups plus there are a lot of teams that are greedy about holding on to pitching

SP- J. Johnson, J. Weaver, M. Garza, C. Hamels, Zito, Lackey, Jimenez, Buchholz, Matusz, Latos
RP- Wagner, Hoffman, Capps

I figure my OF is my weak spot and pitching is strong as far as ww there is not too much for the pickings willingham, coghlan, bautista, guillen, gomes are around but none are exactly my cup of tea. Pierre is starting to heat up but can he continue with it? Dotel is around but its pit so I don’t know if hoffman has been pitching that bad, thoughts?

you are extremely powerful at the SP position
you may want to trade a mid-top SP to upgrade at the OF position, or even the SS/C position if possible
dont worry about hoffman, never give too much for saves, but try to look for a team near the top in saves and take one off their hands for a mid-low range SP

Catchers: Olivio, Buck or Suzuki...

SS: Andrus,Tulo or Jeter.

Shop around... see is sum of these players are free agents in your league.

No way am I taking Castro over Bartlett. Castro's hot, Bartlett's not but don't get twisted. Like the other said, perhaps try packaging a starter for an upgrade at SS or OF. Good team over all.
