Drop Eric Aybar or Yunel Escobar?

Hi, new here but was reading some of the things posted which have helped in getting more information to help my teams. Anyways right now in my league I need another SP with only 3 active ones right now. It is a roto league, standard yahoo scoring, with 12 teams. Current I need more Wins and Strikeouts to improve.

I feel I don't need 3 SS so I want to drop one, but if someone else is droppable I'm willing to listen. The second question (not mentioned in the subject, didn't want it being super long) is which SP to pick up. The option I am looking at are:

Johnny Cueto
3-1, 33 K, 4.07 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, 23:3 K:BB ratio (in his last 3 starts), .91 GO/AO. His last 3 starts all look pretty decent overall and could be getting hot.

Derek Holland
2-0, 10 K, 2.38 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, .69 GO/AO

Ian Kennedy
2-2, 40 K, 3.58 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, .86 GO/AO
