Hughes/Rauch/Uribe for Phillips/Slowey/Cecil

5x5 12 team league where we keep 12 guys each year. I currently am running away with saves (4 closers) and have so-so starting pitching. I'm starting Uribe at 2B right now and need help across all hitting categories. From a keeper perspective, Hughes is looking like an obvious one, but Phillips is too.

I also have an offer of Josh Hamilton for Hughes - which helps my hitting but doesn't allow me to get rid of a closer unless I can add one in to get a SP back.

Should I give up Hughes/Rauch/Uribe for Phillips/Slowey/Cecil?

Work a deal around Hamilton/Hughes?
