Having quite the season and there doesn't seem to be much fluke about it. His BABIP (.280) is nothing absurdly, low, his HR/FB rate is on par with league average and his slightly high strand rate (~83%) has got to be aided by his spike in K-rate (8.5 per 9ip). . . This is a K-rate he hasn't seen since 2001, and there doesn't seem to be much reasoning behind the upswing. The only thing I have noticed is he is throwing his change up nearly twice as much as he has in the past. Is this pitch really helping him that much or has he been fortunate missing bats thus far? I haven't really got to see him pitch live so I don't know what to make of him...

Like someone said above, he's usually really good when healthy. That means that the thing you have to focus on is his health. If you believe he'll stay healthy, you should stick with him, but if you don't trust his health to hold up, it's probably worth selling high right now.
