It depends on whether it's a keeper league or not and whether you feel good about having Freese as your 3B. If this is not a keeper league I would keep A-Rod.

Assuming that you can play Dunn at DH, this is a good deal for you. Freese and Boesch aren't going to keep up their current paces and you're not going to drop off too much from A-Rod to Sandoval.
