So technically, I'll be starting 5 closers where everyone else can start a maximum of 3 closers. Would such a situation put your concience in a moral dilemma?
The key to Fantasy Sports is NOT about Sports but rather the "manipulation of numbers" in your favor
I don't see anything wrong with it. Position eligibility is where a lot of guys get their value from.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
actually the answer is that your commish is cheating everyone else by using that stupid position eligibility setup. I played in a league like that last year, except there was no "P" spot, just 4 SP and 2 RP. I ended up grabbing Baez and Biddle. who were arguably more valuable than any RP besides Gagne, Foulke and Smoltz.
Not cheating at all. They were available for everyone, but only you were that smart. When I was drafting closers, I took Dotel in about the 6th round, but I saved my other closer picks for later because I didn't think anyone would want Graves or Chacon. I got them both, and will have them in my lineup every day, with one of them in an SP slot. Don't want to speak too soon, but both Graves and Chacon have ERAs under 2.00 in spring training.
