Rate/Improve my H2H Team

I am in a 10 Team 25 max H2H team.I'm just wondering if you can see any necessary improvements.My team is one of those only in middle of the pack teams that should be better except for slow starts, and injuries.I do have a couple of roster spots dedicated for hot batters, as it is a h2h league and not roto.

OF - Holliday/Podsednik/Victorino
UTIL - Luke Scott/Troy Glaus
BN - Michael Bourn/Andre Ethier/Johnny Damon/John Buck
DL - Jimmy Rollins

SP - Yovani Gallarado/CJ Wilson/Mat Latos
RP - Neftali Feliz/Billy Wagner/Trevor Hoffman
P - Matt Capps/Alfredo Simon/Felix Hernandez
BN - Adam Wainwright/Ubaldo Jimmenez

Hoffman is not doing great, i was going to suggest Dotel, and although he does have more saves thus far, he does play for the frickin' Pirates.

Other than him, i only see pretty stellar pitchers.

As for the offense, Uribe is not top-notch, but not too many options at SS. If Aviles or Castro are still available, you might want to have a go. You can still get Uribe back later on.

You've got 2 "temporary" guys in the OF, i just picked up Hawpe off the DL, he's a keeper that might still be available in your league.

Uribe is only there because of Rollins on the DL, and Rollins is coming off DL.

Ethier is hurt and potentially going on the DL.
Bourn is facing suspension and has tough matchups this week
Damon has been struggling, and cold bats hurt in h2h
Buck can't be put at OF

so that leaves Holliday/Podsednik/Victorino/Luke Scott for OFers

Luke Scott is a streaky hitter with a hot bat.and a wire pickup while his bat is hot.

in H2H you want hot bats.Cold bats only hurt.Thats why you try and leave a few spots open for waiver wire management.

Ofers on the wire - Jose Bautista,Cody Ross,Angel Pagen,Andres' Torres,Chris Coghlan,Drew Stubbs,Nate McClouth,Johnny Gomes

Corpas is the only closer on the wire that has a Closer job right now.

Drop Hoffman and pick up Dotel or a similar closer if they're available.

The only closer with even a temp job right now on the wire is Corpas.
