The Nationals recalled Drew Storen today and sent Brian Bruney to AAA. Storen will work in middle relief initially with clippard/capps the 8th/9th inning guys.
Added to Yahoo! this morning. Is this guy worthy of a roster spot right now in all dynasty leagues? He is the closer of the future since he was drafted in the 1st round to be a closer, and capps is on a 1 yr deal. Does this tip the Nats hands that capps will be dealt at the deadline which will mean Storen will likely be ready to take over the 9th by then, or at least the 8th with clippard in the 9th?

I think in dynasty or keeper leagues he is well worth a pickup if you have the roster space especially in an NL only or really deep Mixed. I don't know if I see him getting to the closer role anytime soon or even this year barring a trade though. In year to year leagues I would have to pass all together.

i don't think they're trading anyone as long as they feel they have a shot at the playoffs. if that changes between now and the trade deadline.... all bets are off. Storen for now will be 7th and 8th inning guy with Clippard.
Next year he should enter camp with a chance to win the closer job from day one.

Depends upon league settings, obviously. I'd say any league that uses Holds he's a good pickup and even deep leagues where you're just looking for help with your ratios.
0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.
