Sitting last in standings. I need to make some moves. I have plenty of 1B to use. I want to package any of the following Howard, Tex, Konerko, Liriano, F.Guiterrez. Below are options I want to try and get. What package of my players do I offer for one of the options below? a.Pedroia and McCutchen b.Aramis Ramirez and Romero c.Rios, RAsmus, Baily, Doumit d.Garrett Jones and Alfonso Soriano e.N.Cruz and Kershaw f. Granderson
I think you need to contact the managers you are trying to trade with and run some offers by them, thats what I usually do. Offer up anything that you think will benefit your team, what is the worst that could happen? Liriano has been pitching well and he should be able to net a decent return. If you give up tex or howard you should be able to get more back than what you are asking in those deals. Thanks for the help on mine

UTIL Paul Konerko, CWS 1B S Bench Jose Lopez, Sea 2B, 3B Bench Franklin Gutierrez, Sea OF Bench Carlos Quentin, DL Miguel Montero*, Ari C DL15 P Mariano Rivera, NYY RP P Dan Haren, Ari SP P Jonathan Papelbon, Bos RP P Cole Hamels, Phi SP PP P Max Scherzer, Det SP P Chad Qualls, Ari RP P Francisco Liriano, Min SP P Colby Lewis, Tex SP P Wade LeBlanc, SD SP PP Bench Wandy Rodriguez, Hou SP Bench C.J. How far out? As in, by how many points and in what categories? You've been the victim of some bad luck, but it probably isn't too late to make a run. But you don't want to be making any hasty deals, i.e. "any deal", merely because of where you are in the standings. My team was 35-40 points out as recently as 15-20 days ago. Now I am 10 points out.

So you are playing H2H and not Roto? You have to make that info clear in your original post. In H2H, there is more than enough time to make up that deficit. You don't need to catch the leader either. You need to catch the person who holds the last playoff position.
