Bench One: Gardner, Cruz, J.Upton, Heyward

Now w/ Cruz back, which one should I sit today. I'm down 1 in HR, down 4 in Runs and up 5 in RBI, up 1 in SB.

Gardner (vs Liriano)
Cruz (vs Romero)
J. Upton (vs T. Hanson)
Heyward (vs R. Lopez)

I'm thinking either Gardner or J. Upton. Leaning toward putting J.Up on the bench, since he's struggling the most, and Hanson is the best SP of the 4. But I hate benching studs. Thoughts?
