Kelly Johnson and Mike Pelfrey
for
Gordon Beckham and Neftali Feliz
Is this a fair trade? Who gets the better end of it?

I don't like Beckham much this year. That being said, Pelfrey is almost replacement level on the waivers, Johnson's power came out of no where. You don't need another closer, so I don't do it.

I don't really see this being an upgrade for you. You're fine at the closer position and I really don't know if Beckham is gonna come out of this funk anytime soon. As for Johnson, he had the potential in Atlanta, but just couldn't put it together. I had him pegged as one of my sleeper 2B's as many others did, so while the amount of HR's might be a surprise, I don't really see him taking a hit in the other categories
thanks for helping with mine

I do the deal for the simple reason that you aren't playing Johnson anyways so he doesn't help you out. The deal seems to be 3 guys who are useless for you in exchange for a closer. Do it, but really this trade is one I see no reason for doing because of the low talent level of everyone in the trade
