drop garrett jones for stanton ???? whir

i am in 8 team keeper points league lineups allow 4 OF and 1 utility spot daily each position being allowed 162 games a year....

scared to drop jones as he is also my back-up 1st baseman (miggy cabrera) should i drop garrett jones for stanton if not who should i drop ????? thanx

Stanton is the unknown in this equation since we don't know how he'll do in the majors, so it's a risk, but given your OF depth it's worth the risk. Especially since this is a keeper league. You'll never use Jones so might as well roll the dice on Stanton and hope he pays off.

Stanton is an unknown...and we can't prdict what he will do any the major league level, no matter how good he is in the minor. With that said, we know what Garret Jones is...and it isn;t much. There is a reason it took him until he was 28 to make the pro's and its because he just isn't that good. I would take a shot with Stanton, who knows...he can pan out.
