Need to drop a pitcher....who?

Need some help determining who I can cut
There isnt much bench room in my league and I have 2 DL pitchers with 1 spot to use... having the 2 DL pitchers cut down my chances of streaming pitchers.

8 team league....

Ted Lilly (he was picked up for the double start....pitches vs Pirates on sunday)
Johan Santana
Justin Verlander
Yovani Gallardo
Jake Peavy
Brett Anderson (hes on DL...I dont have an extra DL spot)
