My team has been struggling as of late, my pitching staff to be more specific. I was really happy with my team on paper after my draft, but my staff hasn't come through at all. I was thinking of offering: 1B/3B Youkilis for SP - T. Hanson and RP - J. Papelbon. I am not sure if I am giving up to much, or not offering enough to be honest so anyones help is appreciated.

I think, you give too much- I'm a Youk owner myself and not that happy with him...but you have to wait for him to produce cause atm you're selling him with a low overall value. After a 4HR-8RBI with .302 AVG week - thats a time to sell high.
You will be happy with your roster but you've to wait and be patient.
