Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

I'm in a 14 team 5x5 roto keeper league. I expressed an interest in ARod and Sizemore (buy low?) and the owner said he is looking to deal them. He said players he likes on my team are Hamilton and Heyward. I find it very difficult to part with Heyward because I could keep him forever and he's done more than I expected he would so far this year. I also just traded for Hamilton and he's done nothing buy light up my stat sheet. But, I understand in a trade I have to give something up, so I assume one or both of these guys has to go. Can anyone help me devise a trade that would send Hamilton plus another player on my roster (hopefully not Heyward) in a trade for ARod and Sizemore? My batters are below:
C V. Martinez
C Snyder
1B Youkilis
2B J. Lopez
3B Zimmerman
MI A. Gonzalez
CI Beckham
OF Holliday
OF Markakis
OF Hamilton
OF Heyward
OF Pierre
Util Borbon
Bench: Branyan, L. Scott, Rowand, Hardy
Thanks and leave a link to yours. I'll get to it.

yes i would buy low on those two, especially in a keeper league. i agree that it is tough to deal heyward, but honestly i would definately do heyward/hamilton for those 2. i agree you should try your best not to include heyward, but in the end if he will do nothing else then do that deal, however; the window of buying low on arod/sizemore is starting to close so if you want to make a deal i would suggest getting something done within the next day or two. i'd start with someething like hamilton/markakis, and you could probably add borbon or beckham to that since zimm would move to CI with arod at 3rd and sizemore would take hamilton's spot. if the other owner is very low on those guys, i think hamilton/markakis/beckham should work. if not, just go with the heyward/hamilton. good luck.

I think you could get Sizemore for practically nothing right now, I just picked him up off the WW, and if you can get either of these guys for cheap, definitely do it, i agree trying to deal hamilton/beckham/markakis and see if he takes it. Hamilton is doing good right now, and he is still riding the season before last which if the other owner sees that that helps you out a lot. Try out that trade and see what he says.
