Decisions to make, which trades to offer?

I'm thinking of offering the following trades:

a) Austin Jackson and Derek Lee for Shin-Soo Choo and Kyle Blanks

b) Brett Gardner for Brian Wilson

or should I trade Austin Jackson for a SP like Oswalt or Beckett?

I'm in a 5x5 10 team roto league. I'm in 9th place....my team has gotten off to an awful start
