I would do it.

You don't downgrade your offence all that much trading Utley for Pedroia but Price is a big upgrade over Lilly and you get to keep him through 2012 which is a huge bonus. He'll be a top 10 SP going forward IMO.

The only thing that has me thinking maybe you shouldn't do it is that your staff is pretty ridiculous as is but its still the keeper side of the deal that sways me to make the deal if I were you.
