Adrian Gonzalez for Brandon Phillips (keeper league)

I am in a 10 manager 10 player H2H keeper league with normal 6x6 scoring. I am looking for a 2B and was offered Brandon Phillips for Adrian Gonzalez. I already have Kendry Morales and my only 2B is Polanco.
without going through my whole team, I have plenty of power, but need a little help with all other categories especially average, would you do this.
Also, which 1B has more trade value? Kendry or AGon?
