Deal Ellsbury for ......?

I just recently completed a deal where I sent ARod and Reyes for Longoria, Kemp and Hamels. Now that I have Kemp, I'm thinking of trying to move Ellsbury for something. I'm thinking the two areas I need to improve are SS and SP. I've been trying for a SS, but having no luck. I was recently offered W.Rodriguez + A.Jones for Ellsbury. I countered with Ellsbury + Lilly for J.Johnson + B.Gardner. The owner is reluctant to deal Johnson, but said is willing to move any other pitcher or combo of pitchers to land Ellsbury. So should I try something like Ellsbury + Lilly for Peavy, Strasburg + Gardner? Take a look at the rosters below and let me know what you think I should get in return for Ellsbury.
