Who have you completely given up on?

Postby wiltx » Wed May 12, 2010 12:03 am

On my team, I think it's Quentin. For May, he's hitting .188 with 0 HRs and 3 RBI in 9 games. I'm ready to just drop him.

On a 12 team mixed league

I would not give up on Quentin yet he got a good BB/K ratio and a very low BABIP

Unless you are desperate to upgrade your team RIGHT NOW and you don't have any space on your roster you should keep him on your bench and wait for the balls to fall in the right places.

Player I gave up on...

Grady Sizemore

A. Hill and N. Johnson. I've also thought about adding G. Sizemore but the fact that I haven't nor has anyone else in my 12 team league suggests I've given up on him too.

The only real player of note I have given up on is Alexi Ramirez. I moved Gordon Beckham to my bench in my keeper league but I had Polanco and Cantu to replace him. Other than that I am still hoping for the best. Sizemore and Quinten are getting close to earning my eternal cursing.
