Guys.......your missing the point.......I have had 3 drafts so far, and Lidle has been forgoten about in all of them..depending on the format, He is a very solid end pick in deeper leagues...As a fifth or sixth starter, you cant go wrong. You can put together a Huge offense, while spreading the risk in your pitching staff with the likes of Penny, maddux, sheets, and of course, Lidle. All these pitchers can be had in later rds, after you draft Stud position players....Mark my words, Lidle will pay you back for the spot you get him in....
First off, Lidle has pitched great this spring, and it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks. This starting pitching isn't the worst in the big leagues. Their bullpen is always one of the best, and their lineup is actually very good.

Hunh??
Are we talking about the same guy?
Did you see him pitch last year? The guy was throwing beach balls out there...ok that's a bad analogy because baseballs are hard to hit far...he was throwing beach balls that could be hit far...he was throwing the opposite of peas!
The only way that Lidle could "pay you back" is if he shows up at your house at the end of the season and hands you a wad of cash, because this stiff is not going to help out your fantasy team.
If you think that he will do ok then pick him up off the ww. If he is drafted by somebody else then congratulations, you are in an easy league.
