Sandoval is far and away the best player in the deal, your OF is fine without CarGo, and your pitching is okay without Johnny Sanchez and Romero.
Theriot and the Big FraGu don't fit your team, but they are worth something now to you and maybe more to someone else later.

You are giving up a lot of value here, and I wouldn't be surprised if people would advise you to pass on this deal, but as long as there is some decent SP available to replace the loss, I think its a decent need-based trade. In a H2H league, dominating the offensive categories and pairing the starts of FA talent with a couple aces isn't a bad way to play.

He is into the trade but now for some reason I have my reservations. I guess Panda doesn't really fit my team as long as Michael keeps hitting. Maybe I am not valuing owning CarGo enough?

There is solid pitching available, I just have concerns about Sanchez and Romero and their QS's, W's, ERA's and WHIP's

It's a toss up in my eyes...im a giants fan and there's no doubt Panda is a great player...but Cargo is on a tear and Jonathon Sanchez is capable of being a complete stud if he learns how to control and locate some of his pitches better.....i would stick with what you got...hope that helps...
