Yeah I wouldn't do it. For me McCutchen is the deal breaker. If you're going to throw him in there you should expect a first rounder in his part of the deal, replacing Votto, Ethier, or Crawford.

Sorry to bump this back up....but another offer for Pujols came in.
I would deal Pujols and receive Lincecum. Straight up swap.
You can see my roster in this thread....I have Billy Butler I can play at 1B. Then I'd have a big three in my rotation of Lincecum, Greinke, Felix (and still have brett Anderson, etc).
Thoughts? Is this fair. Best hitter for maybe the best young pitcher in the game?
Thanks guys....and I will answer back to any questions anyone else has as well....

Thanks for the help on mine. I've just read through all of your threads and I don't think I make any of the deals mentioned. They are not bad offers, I just don't see how they improve your team all that much and if I'm dealing Pujols, I need to be getting a significant upgrade in return. Lincecum for Pujols is certainly fair, but I've always been one for taking hitting over pitching.

I usually think the same way with hitting over pitching....I am just getting tired of sitting in last place! Thanks for the help.

I would stay put too. I love Ethier, but he is undoubtedly playing way over his head. He tends to be streaky too, so you know when his average is floating around .400 that a really cold streak is just around the corner really soon. As another poster pointed out, McCutchen is on the rise, and Crawford, while not on the decline, is in his prime right now. The timing is just wrong for a keeper league.

The Pujols talks still rage on...latest offer:
I get Lincecum and Ellsbury for Pujols.
My roster is in this thread somewhere.....
Thoughts?
Am I stupid to even consider moving Pujols??? Is it like the Red Sox selling Babe Ruth??
