Cliff Lee for I. Stewart and I. Kennedy

I was just offered Cliff Lee for Ian Stewart and Ian Kennedy.

$260 cap 5x5 12 team roto league Stewart and Kennedy cost me $18 combined. Lee costs $26 by himself.

I'm currently in 2nd with my team:

1B- A-Gonz
2B- Brignac

MI- Pennington
CI- Rolen
OF- Kemp, Soriano, Rasmus, Werth, Gardner
DH- McCutchen

SP- Cueto, Gallardo, Kennedy, Matusz, Gorzelanny, Hudson,
RP- Qualls, Feliz
SP/RP- Lewis

Bench- Stewart, J. Guillen, Gutierrez, C. Santana, Kershaw, C. Richard, De la Rosa.

Adding Lee might win me the league, but I don't see how I can fit him in without sacrificing some offense.

Do I make the deal and just "figure it out"?

When you say "make the trade and figure it out" are you talking about your $$$ for keepers?

If so I say yes. You always play to win the current year, with the keeper side 2nd.

Complicated sitatuion with the money and the keepers.

But I have to agree with pizzaboy. If this will help you win this year, but may cause money/keeper problems next year, I would do it. Win your league this year and then worry about the offseason. On pure value you are getting what I think is a good deal acquiring Lee.
