You do need a source of SB, but I would not take this deal. Lind wins 3-2-1:

Runs should be even. Lind will crush Ichiro in HR/RBI, where Ichiro will crush Lind in SB/AVG. But then Lind should take OPS by a large margin.

I tried all he wants is Lind for keeper purposes or Votto which I won't give up either

Nah, I'd pass. Maybe if Ichiro was still stealing 50+ bases a year, but not now.
