i dont think the trade is vetable, its alittle bad but Young and Gonzalez are decent.and Hughes if its a keeper its a little better

But it doesnt look like collusion. Its hard to tell though.

I dont think so. Not the most fair trade Ive seen but I think it is within the borderline of being ok. Still I am not sure what either teams rosters look like so I can give you a definite answer but basic settings and league rules I dont think you can veto this.
