Haren tends to be better pre-ASB, therefore you have already gotten half of his best starts. IF YOU THINK Lirano will be pithcing this well all year, I'd do it.
If it were me, I'd say no...at least right now. Both Liriano & Santana are a few starts away from being "proven" IMO.
