Thanks for the help.

Boy, I like Price a lot, but I think that's a lot to give up for Youkilis. I don't see Huff making up that production at all. I'd probably say no, but I can see the other side as well.

Can you keep Price? If so, then do this in a heartbeat. If not, it's still a solid deal because you could use that extra arm to bolster a solid SP rotation. Loney not a slouch and Huff will secure it some.

Love Price, this season......and future. Maybe try and squeeze something better then Aubrey Huff?

One thing, I think your pitching could deffidently use DAVID PRICE.

Thanks for the help (feedback given)

Re-draft league so I don't get to keep him, but I just figure I need a bit more help in SP. I know Youk is a tough loss, but I think Loney can hang in there and Huff can be OK depending on match-ups.

Your pitching could use Price, he is awesome. but i think the shortfall from Youklis is pretty significant. if you could get someone other than Huff, i would definitely consider it though, i love Price this year.

thanks for your help before. till debating!

First off, thanks for the help on my thread! ;-D

We can throw out McGehee (since he doesn't start for you) and Huff (as he would not either).

Your SP staff could use some help, but I'm not sure if Price is the guy you want.

Price is a good pitcher, no doubt about it. But I don't see him keeping this pace. His BABIP is incredibly low at .231, so that luck will balance out at some point. His strand rate is also a tad high at 81.6%. Combined, he should be giving up a few more runs. His HR/FB rate is also very low compared to last year. Overall, I see him being a pitcher who finishes with a 2.90-3.50 ERA and a WHIP of about 1.20. He will win games though, as TB can score. Not sure if the Rays are going to cap his IP though (and if they do, that screws you for the H2H playoffs). Aubrey Huff is a reliable 1B- having a nice season and all his underlying numbers are at career norms.

You could probably get someone better for Youk IMO. I would much rather have a better established SP.
