An owner has expressed interest in him, I have my eye on someone on the waiver wire to replace his spot on my roster so I am willing to trade him in order to upgrade my offense. The question is, who should I initially target (optimistically) and who should I expect to get in return (realistically) out of the players listed below.

You could get Andrus. I'd be suprised if he dealt McCutchen, but perhaps start there and work your way down.
