11th out of 12 isn't cutting it. HELP ME AND I'LL HELP YOU!!

I like my team each time I look at it but I'm 11th place out of 12 so something has to be wrong, My first thoughts are that I lack speed. Not really sure where else to improve and who to move and what TYPE of player to acqure (examples would be appreciated) but I just need some advice as to WHAT THE @$%* TO DO TO IMPROVE THIS TEAM???
