Hitting and pitching questions for upcoming week WHIR

I am in a H2H POINTS league, wondering who to start/bench for week 6.

I have Abreu, Ichiro, and Kelly Johnson and 2 of them will be starting this week (1 will be U). Ichiro has really been letting me down this season, since I am in a points league his measly singles, no RBIs and no runs scored are killing me. So I'm thinking Abreu and Johnson for week 6, opinions?

For pitching, its between Ricky Romero at home against TEX, Danks @ MIN, and Liriano @ NYY. I have A-Rod as well as Hamilton and Kinsler, always annoying when your pitchers start against your hitters but w/e. Which is the best choice here?
