My team hasn't produced in the last week+, any thoughts?

My team has been absolutely terrible over the last week and a half. I'm in a 10-man, H2H most categories (10 standard categories), non-keeper league.

During the second half of last week, my team pretty much stopped producing. Luckily I had built up enough of a lead to hold on for a close victory. But nothing has changed this week and I'm getting destroyed.

Here's my current squad.

I have one open spot of my roster that I rotate for best starters each day. My league allows 10 transactions each week. Because we have so many, I am able to drop and add a new starter every day (which I just started doing last week).

I just dropped Nate McLouth, who I drafted and have hung onto the whole season, to pick up Simon. I am desperate for saves this week as it might be my only chance to win.

I picked up Magglio Ordonez a couple of games into the season and have been very happy with him. I picked up Adam Jones off waivers about two weeks ago, and he has been terrible. I traded for Josh Hamilton a week or two ago who's been great so far.

My main concerns are with Lance Berkman, Hunter Pence, and Adam Jones. What do I do with these guys. I am assuming Jones will turn things around. I'm an Orioles fan so I know more about him and follow him closer than almost any other player. But will Berkman and Pence come around? Should I look to trade them? The only thing about trading either or both is no one would want a player who's batting as poorly as them and on such a bad team.

Also, should I try to ship one of my speedsters like Davis or Bourn? My team is loaded with speed, especially when Rollins gets back. I even used to have Brett Gardner (involved in the Hamilton trade).
