Is Gutierrez (CF SEA) for Slowey (SP Min) a Fair Deal?

I am a commish so, I like to make sure my offers are fair. He needs pitching and I need a CFer. Let me know what you think.

That is a very fair deal. Slowey is a good SP with the ability to win 12-15 games with pretty decent K numbers. Gutierrez is a player I really like, but not a super valuable OF in a roto league. He can hit 20 jacks with hopefully 20 steals. The signs point towards a very fair trade.
