He proposed giving up his Papelbon/Ellsbury for my J Damon/B Phillips?
12 teams H2H, 5x5
I will have Theriot at 2B now, when he gets eligibility, but still unsure if I should pull the trigger...Advice is appreciated. Team is listed in my signature below.

I think so... hard to tell what players are slotted where, but Ellsbury/Papelbon sounds like a bargain for BPhil and a declining Damon. You have a ton of MI options in Theriot, Ian Stewart, Tulo, and Drew, so I wouldn't be too remiss in getting rid of BPhil.
Help here?

I like the deal because it really helps out your save situation where you currently have broxton and a somewhat sketchy jenks.
You'll probably lose some power but ellsbury will give you a good shot at winning SB's each week and will contribute solid average and runs. Stephen Drew, who is currently on your bench is looking like a decent option this year so you can plug him into your lineup after you trade away damon/phillips.
